I've had this kind of bouncing around in my brain for a few days but wasn't sure if anyone would be interested. I think that this challenge has been a huge success, everyone has been really motivated to try and get those 3 points everyday. I personally would love to see this go on every month. What I would really like to do is send the person who gets the most points a small gift, maybe $10 max just as a small prize. I don't mean that I would do it every month though since it was my idea I am willing to do it this month. All those who would be willing to contribute a prize could give Sandi their names and every month she could pick someone's name out of a hat as the person who is willing to supply the prize. The person she picked would be responsible for getting the address of the top points person and sending them a small gift. I think it would just be a nice little surprise for that person for all their hard work. We would all have a chance of getting something, just a matter of getting those points.

What does everyone think?

Read my mind. I had been thinking that a prize is needed too. I had kicked around the idea of everyone sending in a buck or something, but I think your idea is good. Anyone else with us?

I love this challenge, it keeps me focused even when I am not doing good, I don't just let go. I would be glad to keep on tracking the points.

Talking Not above "borrowing" a great idea!

I found this board (and started my new WOE) too late to get in on this challenge, but wanted to say that I think it is a WONDERFUL idea . . . so I borrowed it. My DH is a Type II diabetic and he doesn't always do his testing and log either, so I devised a daily 3 point system for him and one for me. Where he tests his blood sugar, I log my food in Diet Power. Where he stays under his blood sugar requirement, I stay under my calorie quota. And we both get a point for exercising The DH wants to collect a certain TV show on DVD and I am a movieholic who loves to get movies on DVD, so the "new rule" is we have to have so many points at the end of the month to buy the DVD of our choice. THANKS for the great idea!!!
