Hi all! I had a mini successful week last week - ate on plan 5 days, walked 20 miles, three circuit trainings. And dropped 1.4 lbs!
Although I had a binge on Saturday.
So, this week, I would like to drop at least 2 lbs, and get below 150. I have read several threads about calorie cycling, and was wondering if it works. If there are ladies who have experience with it, let me know if it is effective, because I was thinking about trying it.
