Let's do a POP challenge this week. Post your plan for each day, then come back and tell us how you did. Of course we want to shoot for 7 POP days, but in the interest of moderation, 5 POP days will be considered beating the challenge.
POP is not just exercise. It includes your eating goals as well, or anything else you want to add, like water intake or getting your vitamins.

Monday (147 minutes total; 1417 calories burned). Wii Fit Plus (105 minutes, included some yoga); Ab Circle Pro (3 minutes - 1 set of Abs; 3 minutes - 1 set of Legs/Butt); walked to school then home, pushing Alex in stroller (36 minutes, appx 1.15 miles).
Exercise - 90 minutes DONE
Diet - 1700 calories DONE - ate 1446 cal
Habit - take 1 multivitamin and 3 flaxseed oil supplements DONE; drink at least 80 oz water DONE
Tuesday (27 minutes total; 290 calories burned). Walked to school and back home, pushing Alex in stroller (1.1 miles, 27 minutes);

Diet - 1700 calories
Habit - take 1 multivitamin and 3 flaxseed oil supplements; drink at least 80 oz water
