Default Lightheaded?

Ive been feeling pretty lightheaded the past couple days. It really started last night. It really just feels like Im extremely drowsy and want to go to sleep. Its a feeling like you get when you wake up and you sit up way to fast. I wanted to get up to workout before the SO got home and just couldnt.
So I sat around until he got home and he told me to drink....after a couple glasses of water I felt a little better and we went to work out and then I felt fine. I figured I must have been dehydrated even though I had already drank quite a bit yesterday. I also ate a little more than 1500 cals yesterday so Im not starving in the least bit.

So now Im sitting here and Im feeling the same way again. Ive got plenty of sleep, Ive ate, Ive drank. Has anyone else felt like this before?

I may just be really drowsy because Ive sat at home all day doing nothing but Ive sat at home many times before and not felt so icky. lol.

I also thought yesterday that maybe my sugar was low or something so I ate a PB&J with a banana and some milk...it didnt help.

Hmmm...its a little scary. =(

I have felt like this mid workout the past couple of days. I have been drinking a lot of water and have had enough calories. Strange.

It probably isn't anything dangerous, but I would talk to your doctor just to be sure. I used to feel like this a few days before having vertigo. However, I have spoken to physicians about this and know what's going on. You'll be in my thoughts!

What diet plan are you following and how long have you been on it?

This kind of thing happened to me when I was on SBD the first few months, I think it was my body adjusting to not having extra calories on tap all the time (in my experience). Also, it happens when I am getting a cold or something.

I agree that if it feels out of norms for you that you should talk to your dr.

Thanks guys...

I am just counting calories and trying to stay within 50% carbs, 30% fat and proteins. Ive been doing it for over a month and have actually upped my cals from 1200 to 1500 the last 2 weeks just to mix things up.

I didnt mention that TOM is visiting. Maybe thats what it is.

I feel like that just before I come down with a cold.

Hopefully, as you said, it is just your upcoming TOM.

I have experienced light-headedness after a weight loss, discovered that my already low blood pressure was even lower, due to loss of fluid/hypohydration from the diet. After a while, it righted itself.

It's a good idea to keep a check on blood pressure.
