I don't know how you guys do the early morning exercise... I just don't have the motivation! It took me until 9:00pm last night to get motivated enough to do it!!! I'm off to a good start so far today. I ate a good breakfast, and have already drank about 25 oz. of water (1/4 of the way there!).
