Hi all, thought i'd write a short intro....
I'm Joy, i'm 24 from the north east England, I'm married with two lovely kids.
I've finally decided that it's time to join somewhere like this after years of yoyo dieting on my own at at classes with nothing by way of motivation, I'm hoping you lovely ladies/men will give me the kick up the bum that I need to keep going this time.
I need/aim to lose 54 lb
and I plan to start first thing in the morning. Any hints/tips very welcome.
