OMG you are TOO sweet and how thoughtful Kathleen!! Thank you! I'm sitting here eating whatever I want today. I am having a terrible time letting go of the thought of using food as a celebration and am mourning it and am eating it instead. What's wrong with me?!?!? I know I want to go to Arni's tongiht and get a pizza and breadsticks. Tomorrow is my actual b-day. My husband is so sweet and told me to take off a half day and that he wants to spend it with me! I just want to go out to eat for lunch, go to a movie and have some popcorn, and then possibly go out to eat at the cheesecake factory. I just don't get it. I was doing so well but I jsut feel like I want to celebrate with food.

But thank you thank you thank you! You all are truly my extended family and know I wouldn't be as successful on this journey without you.

Don't beat yourself up! It's your birthday and it only comes around once a year. You deserve to treat yourself for a day!!!! Have a wonderful birthday!

Yea! Happy Birthday, Noahsmama!!!! Have fun on your date w/your hubby! As far as your emotional connection w/food, just know that's a journey and a process in and of itself. Spend some time thinking/journaling and one day you WILL get to the bottom of it! Enjoy just living in the moment w/your family. They love you and want to celebrate you....ENJOY!

Thank you all! I just finished walking/running for an hour and I feel much better. I am looking forward to working 4 hours and then possibly going to a movie (depending on what's playing) with my hubby, indulging in a little popcorn, and then going somewhere for dinner with the family (in-laws). I'm not going to stress (yea right lol) but enjoy my 30th in style and then get right back OP on Tuesday and I have you all to answer to if I don't. Please keep tabs on me I'm going to need the accountability check :)

Thanks again you guys are just like my extended family because we're all going through this life-changing journey together and it's created a special/unique bond, don't you think?

I did go shopping and bought 2 new skirt outfits (size 8:)) I hope to wear one of them tomorrow. If I do I'll be sure and take a picture and post on here.

I also found out that my hubby and I are going to be going on the Zac Brown Band Sailing Southern Ground Cruise next Labor Day to the GRand Cayman! I'm so excited. This will be our first official vacation (other than the 2 to Pigeon Forge, TN). Wahoo!!
