I haven't been feeling that well all day, but I haven't really exercised exercised in two days, so I walked one mile tonight. I thought "Hey, one mile is better than no miles". Yesterday we walked around a mall for 2.5 hours with the kids, so I counted that as my exercise for yesterday.
What do you all do when you are not feeling good? Do you still give it a little effort?
Depends what you mean by not feeling good. If I'm sick I rest. If I'm exhausted and have worked out all week I rest. If I just don't "feel" like it... then I exercise. I promise myself at least 15 mins which always ends up being a full workout.
My stomach has been messing with me, but not so much as to have to lay in bed all day. I still did a one mile, though, so that's 15 minutes of exercise from the Leslie Sansone DVD. Hopefully I will feel good tomorrow and I will step it up majorly!
