I have been on this road for as long as I can remember. I once
lost 100 pounds about 7 years ago.

Present Weight: 265 big ones.

Goal Weight 170

Biggest hurdle: I am having one heck of time getting my weight
down and its not due to lack of effort!! I am lucky if I lose 4-5
pounds in a month!!
