After dropping 50 pounds in between June and September, I spent an entire month losing that last five pounds!
I'm so proud of myself because I did not get discouraged by the sudden slowdown, and I didn't go off plan either.
I also have noticed a HUGE improvement in my fitness this month.
Yesterday, I decided to count laps when I was swimming, and I did more than 3/4 mile in 45 minutes.
Also, people have been noticing the weight loss more now even though the rate of loss really slowed down.
Now, I really KNOW I'm in it for the long haul.... I'm really proud of myself.
