Hi all....
I'm new to the forum and just thought I'd say Hi and introduce myself.
I started the 30 Day Shred 5 days ago and I noticed there were some folks on here doing the same program, so I can look to you all for motivation?
I have 30 lbs to lose and I'm no stranger to diets (been doing it my whole life) Sometimes I'm thin, sometime not so much. But it is getting harder and harder to keep up this yoyo thing and I'm trying to find a lifestyle.
I know that exercise is really my only answer, food really isn't my problem. I eat healthy foods, rarely ever eat out, I don't have time to drink to excess, but, getting off my butt after a long day of work...that's my problem.
So I'm looking for motivation to keep me moving and work this jiggly stuff off.
BTW that butt that I have been having a problem getting off of, is killing me right now thanks to Jillian Michaels!
