I want in too! But I didn't weigh today...can I just go with what my Friday weight was? I think i am about the same anyway...251.6! Ah!
I usually weigh on Thursday or Friday but I can do whatever works for the group :)

I weighed last night and I am 192. I am in for a Tuesday weigh in and will began my new plan today. I am starting with trying to loose 2 pounds to get to 190.

Oh ladies, it sounds like we're all in the same boat!

What are our plans?

Mine are:

1.) Get a 30 minute workout in every weekday morning.
2.) Walk at least 30 minutes on my lunch break.
3.) Journal everything I eat and drink.
4.) Eat OP.

Today is a new day girls, we can do this. I am tired of being fat. I've ben fat my WHOLE life. Enough is enough.

I think I can do anything I set my mind to, but can't lose weight. WTF?? Seriously?? I CAN AND WILL DO THIS.

Alright...so when is the first weigh in?
100 lbs is A LOT for a small group of people...unless we push the goal out aways...I'd like to see if we can lose 50 lbs as a group by Christmas! What do you think? I'm keeping in mind smaller, short term goals seem to work better (in my opinion anyway)

I'm in I"m in :) I can attribute starting last Saturday add 4 lbs to that total of 100lbs :)

We don't have to set a date, how about just from Tuesday on?

I'd rather wait 2 weeks to weigh in. When I do it in the same week, it's 2-3 lbs, but I may go up. Id rather do it every two weeks to get a bigger number.

Thoughts?

Well, going back to your original idea, whoever posts a loss first, then next person adds (or subtracts) their number. So, should we count UP to 100, or DOWN from 100?

I generally weigh in on Tuesdays, so I won't have a number until next week. Whoever weights in before that can start us off!

I am down 1.5 pounds already.Such a good feeling.Tuesday is good with me weighing in.I am a bit obsessive about weighing my self every day.I have been having terrible chocolate cravings lately.I caved in last night and had a handful of chocolate chips.Hopefully it doesn't mess me up.Hope everyone has a great day.

I am doing great so far! I decided that a spreadsheet would keep me in check, so I made one up with all of November on it. That way I can check off things as I do them. My chart also has other important things on it that I need to do everyday, like take my supplements and mediatate. So far so good!

Well...I usually weigh in on Thursday or Friday and I did today so....down 1 lb :)
I created a ticker for the challenge and I put my goal in at just over 10 lbs...hopefully by Christmas....I'll edit as the challenge continues :)

Ah, thank you Nicole! I have to stop f*&%@ing around. I am gaining at least 5 lbs per month. I have never been this heavy. Time to take a big girl pill and get busy. I know that I can lose the weight, I have done it before. I just have to care enough to try, you know.

10 lbs each hmmm.sounds doable.When I started my diet a year ago I weighed227.Seemed the weight just fell off.Now I am stuck.On the happy side I am down 1.5 pounds so far this week.My daughters girlfriend brought over a barrel size container of cheese balls last night.Needless to say I did cave and have some.But I will not consider this a failure.I will just move on.Otherwise I will tell myself well I already cheated may as well so it some more.

Down two pounds...wish it was more!!! Just one pound this week, but 2 since I posted my weight. so that makes me 190.Thanks for the spread sheet Kristin it looks great. !0 pounds each we can so do it!!!! I am so ready to start loosing again. I think that this will be the motivation I need.

I got the scale out last night and of course baby Andrew had to weigh he weighs 30.9 but we want him to gain. My 11 year old decided to weigh and he is bummed that he only weighed 90. He asked when I was going to weigh I said in the morning naked. He just looked at me so strangely and I said I need and accurate weight and clothes just weigh you down. So he took off his shoes and his hoodie and went down to 86.9. He was floored at how much clothing really weighs. He of course opted not to weigh minus clothes. For the life of me even at 11 I never remember wanting to weigh more...

hahaha..Amy M...i know !!! I would have killed to be 90lbs at 11!!! I was 110lbs...from the age of 10 till I was in my early teens. When I was 10, i lived on meat,potato and junk...and was overweight...then at 14-15 I got conscious and interested in boys and started losing weight...but that time i already got boobs and butt ...so i was stuck between 110- 120. Most of my adult life i yo-yoed between 128-132 not really eating...remember i am just 5'2".

Then started picking up after marriage...and finally ended up 198 ...that was summer'08. So i know all about a life long battle!!!

Fortunately...thats all in the past...I will go to the COD for a weigh in this afternoon.Keeping my fingers crossed!!!

Not a very big achievement i guess...but i no longer lose 2lbs+ a week as I did at the start...so I'm happy!

Sorry everyone! I couldn't get on the site the last few days for some reason. Will post the updated chart soon!
I'm gonna weigh in Friday after I finish the 30 day challenge on Thursday! I'm afraid the scale won't be down and I measure that day too so hoping I see some inches lost at least...then I won't be so depressed

Hey...me too!I couldn't access the site as well.Hope everyone doing good...i went for a WI this Friday and i'm down 0.6lbs since last Tuesday...I'll be going for a WI not on Tuesday but Wednesday that is my official D-day for 156.6 lbs....I don't know if I am gonna make it but trying to stay positive...and doing another TO :)
