I am going to edit this from now on, hopefully it will be really long by the end of the day:D
1.Just did this 10 reps x2
2.I dare you to do 10 push-ups (in whatever form, military style, against the wall, on your knees) and 10 crunches(completed)
3.I dare you to do 30 bicep curls with at least 3lb weights, standing on ONE FOOT!!! (great exercise that works the core aswell!). (completed)
4.fast jog on the spot for 1 minute.
then do steps for 2 minutes - but each time you step up -lift your legs up , so your knee is coming up to your chest. (use a small step stool or use your stairs)
repeat the sequence - 5 times. this will burn just over 100 calories. have fun! (completed)!
5.Reverse Curl (completed)

OMG My Bi-ceps are KILLING me!!!!
I just did "some" of the Dares/Challenges and I:dizzy: got an awesome workout!!!!!
First I cleaned my house as fast as I could for 10 minutes, then:
Jogged/Walked in place for 10 minutes
20 Jumping jacks
20 Crunches
Jumped rope 100 times (PHEW) Inhaler used at this point...
3 sets of 15 Shoulder backs
3 sets of 12 Forward Arm Raises
Steps ups for 10 minutes w/2 lb weights doing bi-ceps curls at the same time.
3x of 12 Tri-cep kickbacks
6x of 12 Hammer curls
6x of 10 Lateral Raises
2x of 10 Dry Land swimming
3x of 10 Supermans
Altogether not including the cleaning was 30 minutes!!!! I sweated my butt off!!!!
Edit: I only have 2 and 5 lb weights and since I haven't exercised in 3 weeks, 5 lbs is a bit much.

OMG, it's HOT down there! it's sunny, 65 with a slight breeze here today. Absolutely beautiful! I really need to do some Shrub trimming myself.

today during my p90x of chest and back theres a dive bomber pushups, noway could i do that. so i adapted it and did plank to dog position instead, which he does during the yoga dvd.

i slept till quite late today! lol to recover from my muscle aches! i was so tired hahahah!!
when i got up early this morning to go the bathroom, i was so sore! could barely get out of bed lol.
then i went back to bed and slept some more, then the 2nd time i woke up my muscles definately felt abit better. amazing isnt it, the power of sleep! its so important. my abs feel sore though and my shoulders ! and upper arms! lol
jllian was saying, how exercise is the architect and recovery is the builder. so when you workout, your creating micro tears in your muscles and basically breaking your body down. and then rest builds your muscle back up leaner and stronger. so rest is just as important.

I just got back from doing C25K week 2. and then jumped on my rebounder for 10 minutes. and now just need to step up for 10 minutes to meet my calorie burn for today! and then I will finish it off with your dare Nella :) I will do my best! :D

My lazy behind hasn't exercised since Monday. I was going to yesterday but my Man was on the rag and totally ruined my plans. I am still ill with him. I didn't even set his coffee this monring...HEY! It's the little things that matter! LOL! That'll learn him! I and was going to exercise at noon after my food settles but I just a call that he's coming home early. grrrrrrr He is REALLY on my one last nerve this week. Sometimes I day dream about what life would be like on my own without any male species in it.
Anyhoo, if he gets on my nerves today I just may suit up and hit the GYM just to get the heck away from his butt.

hey Mercy, i am pooped - i did jillians workout : trouble zones and she does alot of the exercises that were in Diva's dare. but i didnt do the dares specially :( sorry!
i then did 30 minutes of the biggest loser cardio max workout. i am tired for today! sorry babies!
I was WAy sore today but we stayed busy looking for the source of the horrible dead animal smell coming from our bedroom closet...OMG! A Dead mouse...a tiny little dead mouse caused that BIG GROSS HORRIBLE SMELL!
Anyhoo, we cleaned and cleaned and had to wash every single item of clothing in there and carry stuff to the Cleaners, Then we rode out to the next little town over (where Jess works) so he could give his friends Aunt, this cute and spunky, little old lady an estimate on putting down new floors and carpet and well one thing led to another and OMG! I am soooooo freakin excited!
We got there an hour before her and totally fell in love with it just from the outside alone. It has a HUGE back yard and a nice big covered front porch, which we've been wanting. She got there and was so sweet and so straight forward...it was like she was trying make us like it, which we already did, well she said when it's done she's just gonna sell it and I just busted out and said would you consider a rent to own thing??? And she said YES! She is going to talk to her lawyer and draw up papers and we are moving in rent free as soon as Jesse finishes it (2 to 3 weeks) and our first payment of $600 won't be due until January 1st. All she wants for a down payment is $2000 when out income taxes come in. OMG! Is this happening???? We'll have to get pics soon. But it's 2 bedrooms 1 1/2 baths with a big eat in Kitchen, Laundry room, living room and a little office type room that could totally be another bedroom. Somebody pinch me! We went there hoping to talk her into letting us rent and we ended up with a house!
What a trip!!! I still think I must be dreaming!

So I have a confession to make. I was going to use the Halloween candy, then off to the dentist for 2 days excuse, but I won't lol.
I have eaten more candy and pizza this week then I have the whole year lol.While I am disgusted with myself, I also feel that I am ready to start over. I was doing well, remember last Monday? They say that being sick sometimes "throws" you off, so I will have to remember next time to be more conscious of my decisions.
I hope that someone starts a new challenge monday, if not, I will do every one that we have done in the next couple of days. I am off work:D, so I will have plenty of time.
So my question is, are you guys ready to start over and re-commit?

someone asked about next weeks challenge (sorry forgot who it was!). does anyone have any ideas for next weeks? i have a friend on the red team and she mentioned how they have a challenge - i think to do a certain number of minutes of exercise and if they get it they get badges! i want a badge lol can we have something like that? no idea how they do badges

and yah dont worry about falling off the wagon, the point is that you got right back on! losing weight isnt a straight road, there will be bumps along the way! up and down hills :) ;) the main point is to keep moving forward which you always do!

i've eaten so much already, already eaten my daily calorie allowance and its only 3pm! that means i'm gonna have to kick my butt this evening for my workouts to burn it so i dont see a gain on tommorow's scale for monday's weigh in.

oh man last night my butt was aching! literally! it started at night, and i had trouble sleeping - never had butt pain before lol. that Jillian Michaels kicked my butt (literally!) with all those butt type exercises hahaha! i never or hardly workout my butt, cause i have a small butt cause i am an apple so i dont store fat on my butt, i always joke and say, i wish i could transfer fat from my tummy to my rearside! my body stores fat in my tummy, and back and upper arms and my thighs.
lol but boy did her workout kill me. my upper back is beginning to feel sore aswell now.
just had a massive big fat lunch, so going to chill for abit and then wait 3 hours or so for it to digest and then workout. will do Diva's dare aswell today:)

well i got my exercise outfit on! shorts and a tshirt, and its 10.30pm, but i'm gonna work out and burn like 900 calories before bedtime! burn that excess 1000 calories i ate today!
i ate 2745 calories today! gah!, 1069 calories over my limit. time to kick my own butt! :drill:
i can workout for 2 hours maximum. before jillian says the body gets too stressed out.
i'm gonna do a combo of jogging on the spot and stepping up. whilst watching the biggest loser.
hope i can make it to 2 hours!
i did it ! :) i am soaking wet with sweat and achy, but i worked out for ~2 hours :)

note to self NEVER EVER eat 500 calories worth of doritos!!!!!!!!!!!!! and more importantly never eat 1000 calories worth of JUNK FOOD!

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's how I felt ALL WEEK. On a better note, I on back on my diet today. Ate the obligatory amount of fruit and veggies, hummus, and some roast beef and mozzarella cheese. good food day, no exercise, but tomorrow I am off from work, so the new challenges begin.
Echo, Diva, what do you girls have mind? I am up for anything, I have a renewed sense of motivation as I want to lose at least 5 pounds by the end of the month, so bring it on:D

Whatever we do, I need to be able to do it here at home. Jess will be using to the car to get back & forth to work, of course, but for the rest of this month he'll need it after work and the weekends as well to get the Floors & Carpet put down in our house we are buying. Plus I'll be tagging a long because there are 4 giant maple tree full of leaves ALL over the yard. So that's my job, hehe! That's work right there! ;)
