Today I turn 40!!! I must admit I was far more traumatized turning 30. I am loving turning 40. It's a new beginning and turning 40 being on WW is fantastic. I've taken control of my health and that is probably the biggest present I could give myself. My husband, bless his heart, is taking me out to dinner and I have researched the menu and I will try to stay within my points but to be honest - I will no doubt go over as there is not much choices available that is low cal/fat. My birthday will not steer me away from following WW and I will resume the day after as I have been for the past month.
This is my 4th and last time restarting WW. I have come to realize this is a lifestyle and not a diet.
I really love this site. I was here in the past but have not posted. I rejoined this forum recently and it's easy to navigate and also to read. It's very well organized.
