20-Somethings - OT: Boy Advise

I need some advise...about a month ago I went out with I met out with friends (they are a couple) and they had invited this guy along. So it was the four of us and we had a great time. I wasn't sure at the time if it was just a coincidence or if it was a double date type thing but I really didnt think too much about it. Well on Friday I went to a party at their house, and he was there. We talked for a while and flirted back and forth. So when I got home, I was talking to my BFF and debating adding him on FB but decided if he liked me he would add me. He added me, now I want to send him a message, but I dont really know if I should or if I should just wait. So yes or no on sending him a message? I want to go on a date with him, but I really want him to ask me. I dont know if I should just hint at the fact that I'm interested.
Sometimes i hate being a stupid girl about boy stuff.

I'm a 40-something who is crashing your thread, so take this advice for what it's worth. :) I'd go ahead and just add him, along with a friendly comment or two. I don't think I'd do the whole "make him wait" thing; to me, that's kind of playing games and if you really like him, I'd resist the urge to play games. Just add him since you DO want to be his facebook friend, send a friendly message, and then let things develop. If he wants to go out with you (and it sounds like he does), then he'll make the move!
Of course, if you've got any events coming up (parties, group of friends going to the movies, etc), you could also casually let him know and invite him along. That's not really asking him out on a date, that's just kind of saying, "Hey, we're hanging out, wanna come?"
Good luck!

Most guys don't understand the little things that us girls might notice. At least from my experience, they are not really good at reading girls. Send him a message or ask if he wants to hang out. If he's interested he'll definitely take you up on the offer. :)

:D I miss this type of situation.
I've been with my BF for 3 years now lol
Message him and "hang out"! start with something small
see if you guys like being around each other without other people around~
If he facebooked you, you must have made an impression
Good luck~

I agree with the above!
There's nothing wrong with asking to "hang out". Doesn't even have to be a date - just a friendly get together. If it's meant to be, things will progress from there :D

I think that you should send him a message, especially because he added you on fb... that's got to be a good sign that he's into you. Ask him to hang out, and see where it goes from there... let us know how it goes!!

message him! whats the worst case scenario? he doesn't wanna hang out (which obviously he may want to since he added you to begin with!)? live with no regrets my friend!!!

do it.
Tell him it was great running into him again, and ask him if he'd like to hang out sometime. maybe there's a group thing you could arrange with the mutual friend, or just straight up ask him on a date!

Thanks for the advise! I ended up posting something on his wall. I think i'll just leave it at that. If he wants to pursue me he can. I know we will hang out in a group soon :)

Send him the message. Some guys really do need to smacked upside the head to get a clue that a girl is into them :)

Did he add you on FB or did you add him in the end?
I say just send him a casual, friendly wall post and see how he responds... go from there... :)
