Mini-Goals - My First Week...Mini Goal Accomplished!

I know this goal isn't entirely my first mini-goal, but it is definitely an accomplishment that I'm proud of. I finished my first whole week of healthier eating and exercise. I exercised 6 days this week-and loved it!
My first week on my new journey...I lost 5 pounds! Great success! You guys in here are awesome! I love 3FC!!! Thank you for letting me share! Now on to week 2! =)

Congrats on a successful week and the loss of 5 pounds - those 5 are history and you're that much closer to your goal - how great is that?!
You've got the right idea to achieve your goal - take it a day/week at a time, celebrating the victories along the way - that will keep you motivated, on track and focused on the prize - good job!
