Hi everyone! Hope you had a Happy and safe Halloween and have met your goals! Well I wanted to share a few things :) today I had a scale and non scale victory! This morning grandma took the fam out to breakfast,we all ordered and when the food got to us the snotty waitress assumed that since I'm overweight I got the bigger meal when it was my sister who is very thin who ordered it. The lady kept insisting it was mine when my sis kept telling her it was hers. My sister was mad about it but I didn't feel bad at all I just smiled and told her its ok I've lost 41 pounds people like that don't phase me anymore! WOW :D and that's my non scale victory! lol The old me wouldve been so hurt and depressed and wouldve gone home to eat more! And for my scale....I had been having a bad 2 weeks keeping up with eating (my sis n brothers bdays are a week apart and halloween) no cake but I will admit I had a tiny box with 4 little milk duds :( eek! now I feel tired! :o I've been really busy too not being able to eat all my calories and I haven't been doing any kind of exercise! Well I woke up and stepped on the scale this morning and it read 209 :D my halloween goal was 210 :D I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it! Its been soooooo long since I've been 2 0 something lol still can't believe it!!!!!!!! Thank you everyone if you ever gave me any kind of advice and people who prayed for me when I asked :D just everyone in here thank you because I read your posts and see your pix and I'm inspired and I want to keep going to show I can do it! Newbies don't give up everyday is a new day just keep going! I feel like I'm giving an award speech and the music comes on for you to get off the stage lol :D

You deserve an award - two victories to celebrate in one day!

First of all - congrats on the 41 pounds - you may in the "2-0 -something's" now but you're fast approaching onderland and the 200's will be history - how exciting is that?! You should be very proud of this achievement!

Secondly - how smart are you - to not let someone else's ignorance determine your mood or your sense of self-worth - it takes a very strong person to realize that - good for you :cp:- and we can only feel sorry for such closed-mindedness and intolerance in others .:?:

Keep up the good work - I hope the next two weeks will be better than the last - keep your eye on the prize - you can do this - just look what you've already accomplished! Thanks so much for sharing!

Woohoo! Congrats on both, but especially not letting that rude waitress get you down. Good for you for realizing that you weren't gonna let her dictate your self-worth!!

Well done, the non scale victory is such a longer term victory - you're changing your mindset and that's what gives the biggest benefits. Well done and here's to many more of your victories.
