Does anyone know of a website I could use that is free where there is a way to plug in what you eat throughout the day and it will track your calorie intake?
Thanks

I've never tried sparkpeople, but between fitday and The Daily Plate I like TDP better. They just seem to have a much larger database of foods. And it's pretty easy to make custom meals, so if you say eat bran flakes, raisins and skim milk every morning like me you don't have enter each ingredient alone.

Nothing wrong with fitday, but I personally have had more luck with TDP.

I use sparkpeople exclusively. I love it. It tracks everything including your exercise, vitamins, etc. It has nifty graphs and a pretty large food database.

I know that some people don't like the lack of a lot of food in the database on Fitday, but I do kind like that I have to manually enter the foods that I'm consuming. It's just another way of keeping me accountable.

I use sparkpeople. You can track all sorts of stuff there, not just your food intake but also fluids intake, exercise etc. And they have tons of other good information, articles on all sorts of subjects.
