100 lb. Club - Back to P1?

I'm starting to get cravings for flour and sugar products. Most of the time I can get by them, but as I can see from my journal, the days I'm "off program" are getting closer together. Since I don't want to undo what I've accomplished so far, do you think I should repeat P1 or go back to P1.5?

Are you speaking about South Beach? I'm not sure if you are...
Anyway, I found for me, the longer I went without the sugar-y, flour-y, refined carb-y foods, the less and less I wanted them. And there were NO "off program" days to be had. So if that's what you mean by P1, to eliminate those foods, yes *I'd* go back there - and never, ever leave. It's. Just. Not. Worth. It.

Linda, if your cravings are severe, a repeat of Phase 1 would be my recommendation. If you just can't stand the idea of doing Phase 1 again like me, the a 1 1/2 is good option. Also, you'll get much more input about these kind of things if you post this over on the Southbeach thread. The folks here on the 100lb club will try to help....because, they are very helpful!...but, not all will be knowledgeable of your plan.
