Shaun of the dead for sure! Ever since it came out - it's been our halloween tradition to watch that movie together to start the night- then usually a horror movie. I recently saw Zombieland and now I am pretty sure those two will be our ... science fiction double feature! :)

(if you couldn't tell, mine used to be rocky horror but the husband hates it so i don't watch it on halloween anymore)
