Hello, I just registered today. Here is my first post. Back on a track again to loosing the poundage. Did WW for 2 years droppped 156lbs. Put back on 100, have now lost 13 of those. Exercising every day again. Basically I got cocky and did not do the maintenance, partied, drank ate and got fat again, but at least I did not put it all back on... well here I am. Lots to contribute. cheers flip
