Diet Blogs and Journal FAQ and Help Forum - all I can see is dashboard.

I cannot write anything new or look at my blog. :( I hadn't signed in for a while so I think that may have something to do with it, but can you guys help me get to the point I can write a blog and see my theme and all that. :) If I click on my name it brings me to my profile where I can change colors, but nothing else. :(
