I previously saw great results with LA Weight Loss and wanted to start back. One problem.... the only office close to where I live has closed :( I am going to try to do it on my own! I ordered the Fast Forward drink on ebay. I just don't remember the exact details on the Fast Forward part.

What else can I eat the two days that I am drinking the Fast Forward drink.

Do you have the directions for the FF juice? Basically, the rest is 6 oz of protein, 2 oz. at each meal with GREEN vegetables only. You can have ff dressing. Drink diet sodas, water, etc. This is the best I can remember. The protein is sirloin steak, chicken and fish. Maybe someone else more familiar with this can chime in with more details. Hope this helps!

The Take Off 2 is the one you do every 14 days. This time you get to add the LA lites, though!

Hi Lynzie

For fast forward or Take-off 1 you can have unlimited protein cooked in oil/butter.And green veggies...no salt, sugar, or dairy but you can use light salad dressing.
Take-off 2 that you do every 14 days includes La-lites and ONLY 6oz protein.

During Fast forward it is important to eat unlimited protein cooked in fats...to condition your body to jump start your weight loss.So don't restrict your protein intake.

When I do FF I don't use the juice - I use oranges instead. 4 a day and then the unlimited protein and green veggies. I find it works really well for me too when I do it...actually planning to do one next week again as I haven't done one in awhile.

Hi .. Brand new to the forum.. Expert at yo-yo dieting !

Did LA Weight Loss and had good results. I want to start it again on my own. So I came here looking for the Fast Forward plan.

I also like using the Oranges instead of the drink (that's the LA Weight Loss way from about 10 years ago). I had better results with the oranges and it's cheaper !

My question .. is it really 4 oranges a day ..I thought it was 2 .. I don't want to cheat myself out of more food :dizzy:, if it really is supposed to be 4. I was thinking 4 at first, but then I couldn't remember if that was for 1 day or both !!

Any confirmation would be great !

I've always done it with 4 oranges per day I usually have 1 at bfast, 1 at lunch, 1 mid afternoon and then the last with supper. You can do it with cantelope too I believe but I don't know how much of that you get.
