It was trial day for me today to see how many calories I usually eat, and unbelievably, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was (although today was a light-eating day).

I ate/drank a total of 1935 calories today. My goal is 1800, so I really only ate 135 calories over, although it's not bedtime yet. I am drinking water like it's going out of style, but now I kind of have an idea of what I need to do.

good for you!
it took me a few weeks to get myself down to a weightloss amount of calories where i was not ready to eat the sofacushions.
135 is not a lot to be over.

Thats pretty good! I estimated like 3500 calories before I started counting calories! haha Now, Im eating between 1200 and 1500. Its not so bad.

thats not bad at all. I am doing pretty good with my calorie counting I think its cuz it entertains me in some weird way.

it is very much like a hobby. I enjoy it makes me eat less too!!
