Mini-Goal Photo Album - First 50 pounds down!

I finally got around to taking some progress pictures of my first 50 pounds lost. It has been almost 12 weeks since the beginning of my journey, and I am grateful I decided to change my health for the better! When I see the before pics I get sad because I can see just how sick and unhealthy I really was. I am also grateful for all of you wonderful people and all the great advice and support I have gotten. I look forward to losing the last 70-ish pounds and bringing every one of you along for the ride! Thank you all for everything! And sorry these are so big, it is my first time posting pics.

And also please excuse the horrible-ness of my white grannie panties! :o

What a gut! :eek: It's definitely shrinking though. And I'm starting to see a bit of definition on the sides. :dizzy:

I hate how my arms look like stuffed sausage links! I will have toned and sexy arms one day! :wl: My back rolls are almost gone!

I still have such a hard time seeing how much I've lost. I get bummed some days because I can't really notice a change. But there's no doubting it when I look at these!

Thanks everyone for your kind and encouraging words! I hope that anyone who is starting out and feeling discouraged will see these pics and KNOW that they will see results if they just keep pushing.

You were so smart to take starting pictures, because now when you put them side by side, we can all see the amazing difference. And your arms are already looking much trimmer--look just above your elbow, and at your wrist. Big difference. Congratulations on all that hard work!

Congratulations on your weight loss this far, you're doing really great. My body used to look very, very similar to your starting point and now it's so different, I never thought it would look this much better but, it does. Keep up the hard work and you can be there too! :)
