Hey, i just downloaded 30 day shred (jillian Michaels)... could someone tell me the schedule for this? - is it just lvl 1 for 10 days, lvl 2 for 10 days etc? And is it just the 3 lvls, nothing else?

10 days each level, unless you need more time to progress, or are advanced enough to progress faster.
