Default South Beach Diet Supercharge
Hi Everyone,

I just started South Beach Supercharged.

Has anyone had success with this plan or know someone that has?

I need to lose 100 pounds.

I had great success with this program and highly recommend it. But you have to stick with it and open it up for your life and not just to lose the weight
