I followed the whole book nicely.

Then I got to the exercise program:(

Triceps Quads
Rectus Abs
Back Biceps
Hamstrings
Glutes Obliques

What the **** is this Circuit she is talking about the curcuit at the gym or something I missed??:dizzy:

This is sad... i would love to sart the training but do not understand the trainng program.

Circuit 1 is the first set of exercises listed before the rest.

Chest Shoulder
