It has been 3 months since I last posted (anybody miss me
). I am back on plan which is calorie counting and looking forward to getting into the groove again.
This Friday is my quit date for smoking. I knew I had to get back to the healthy eating habits before I took the plunge so here I am here and glad to be too as I found this site to be a great help in the first part of my journey. So, let's get this party started
