i can't believe what i'm doing. it started last Friday night - i decided i was going to have some good wine, which is ok. but it just spun out of control and by Sunday afternoon i was eating a cinnabon - which i'm sure is worse for your body than smoking!!

it's still not over, i was eating last night before i went to bed and i wasn't even hungry. i haven't logged in my weight for 2 weeks.

i was doing pretty good - not great - but following a meal plan and not eating late at night. i got the flu a few weeks ago and ever since then my habits are starting to revert to the old days.

thanks for listening, just needed to vent to people who understand. :(

Okay, you've fessed up, now it's time to get back on track :D. You can do it and we are here to cheer you onwards :cheer2: :hug:

Get back on track now. It's easier. I just took two months off. I was actually doing pretty well at maintaining, until my husband bought me cookies . . . lemon cream cookies. Sound innocent, don't they? It ALL went to pieces. I am incapable of leaving those alone - I WILL go through the whole package in 2 or 3 days. I put on that extra couple pounds that takes it beyond "normal fluctuation" - so now it's time to get serious again.

I've informed my family that I'm going back on my diet and they can deal with it (NO cookies in the house), and I've logged food and worked out 2 days in a row. Taking it one day at a time as always.

If I can do it, you can!
