What "plan" are you doing to lose the weight?
I am nursing my 8 (almost 9) month old and I'm counting calories, doing workout videos like 3-4 times a week at home, and going on long walks with the family 1-2 times a week...
Though the past couple days I haven't worked out at all!!! GAHHH I need to tonight but I just get sooo tired :-(

I'd love to join in. :-) I'm nursing both my toddler and my infant (born about 3 weeks ago!) and would love to have other nursing mothers to talk to. So here at my stats...

At the moment I'm not really "doing" anything to lose the weight except nursing my kiddos. I'm eating fairly reasonably, but am still indulging in some sweets and treats. I have to wait until my 6 week pp checkup to get the okay to do any exercise.

I'm not really sure WHAT I'm going to do to lose weight yet. Right now it's just dropping off with no effort, so I'm going to ride that wave as long as I can. lol I'll probably start by making a diet plan and some walking/jogging as soon as I get the okay from my midwife at my 6 week pp checkup.

Hi Ladies! I just had my sweet daughter 3 weeks ago. I'm looking for support to lose the baby weight and then some that I had been working on before getting pregnant. I gained 55 lbs during pregnancy and now have about 18 to go to get to PP weight. Then hoping to lose an additional 10-15 lbs. Hope to get to know everyone here! BTW, I will probably start doing WW at home. I've had great success with it in the past. Also I am breastfeeding.

I will probably start doing WW at home. I've had great success with it in the past. Also I am breastfeeding.

I have been doing WW , it have been so slow for me , at least is going in the right dirrecion . 10 pounds in 3 months .

Not sure what day of the week you are weighing on - but I weigh on Mondays.
227 - delivery in May

I could really use the support during these latter months of nursing. This baby is such a strong nurser and I frequently suffer with bruised breasts, scabbed nipples and scratches on my chest. I love the little guy - but, honestly, I hope he decides he's had enough as close to a year as possible.
I am counting calories and exercising. I have been consuming 2000, but am weaning down by 100/month until I arrive at a reasonable number around the time he's weaned.

two years after pregnancy i'm 220lbs or was

I lost about 20 lbs with 3fc a year and a half ago for my wedding. I went from 175 to 153 lbs. I got pregnant right away, gained 40 lbs, and after having my baby boy in Sept, I now weigh 168.

I joined TOPS with my MIL and want to be at goal for summer. I have a box of size 8s and am going on a trip to my old hometown in Alberta, and I will look fabulous!

Gale I'm not really following any plan per se. Trying for 30 min a day 4 or more days a week on the wii fit, watching portion sizes, halving the meat and doubling the veggies. I also avoided birth control this time around. With my first they put me on b/c at my 6 wk check up and before I knew it i was up around 250lbs and couldn't loose it to save myself. Finally got down aroudn 225 when I quit taking my b/c and then I got pg again :p

Hi I haven't been active on 3FC in a while now. I had lost 60lbs last year and got pregnant and then gained it all back!
I am 6 weeks PP as of yesterday. I would love to know what I can do to lose some weight. I usually lose weight in an unhealthy way such as eating very little and consuming lots of caffiene and nicotine. Since I am BF this is not an option. I have to do it the right way this time!

Jasmine, I was really happy with Weight Watchers while I was nursing last year (I'm pg now - no WW until baby gets here.) They have a plan specifically designed for nursing moms and the meetings and encouragement are awesome. It costs a little money, but it was well worth it to me!

I have 12 week old twins who I am breastfeeding, and everybody keeps telling me I should not be dieting... but I'm being sensible, I'm still getting my 3 meals a day (big portion sizes, too - I'd die without them! LOL I'd never feel satisfied with a small breakie lunch or dinner) so I don't see what the problem is. If anything I see the breastfeeding as a diet aid as I have two small people literally sucking the calories out of me haha

CurlyWurly - I did the same thing immediately following (actually even during the pregnancy). I didn't diet per se but I did not follow the adage of "eating for two" or 3 in your case. It was awesome to see the weight fall off post-baby so quickly.

Hi everyone! I finally weighed myself after not knowing my weight my entire pregnancy. My DD is almost 2 wks old (born 3-12-10 after 12 wks strict bedrest ... 5 weeks early!). I found that I am only up 10lbs from pre-pregnancy. Even at that though, I was up too much for my height (184lbs and I am 5'1"). So, moment of reckoning...and I will work on getting it down healthily! I am breastfeeding exclusively for at least a year. I will let her nurse for as long as she wants, she's #4 of 4...

I go to TOPS, and the weigh-in ladies want me to get a note from my doctor with my goal weight. They say I'm already close to goal. Can they do that? When I say my real goal is to fit into a size 7 at Reitmans, people look at me like I'm crazy. That's not crazy, is it? Sure, it's thin, but that's how I'm happy. It's not like I want to get down to 122, like after my first daughter was born. I'm pretty sure my healthy weight is something like 135 to 155 lbs anyway. Anyone else with this problem? People telling you not to lose too much weight?

What a fab idea. I have no iea of my pre-pregnancy or during pregnancy weights but I do now that I am NOT happy where I am right now... And I need to do something about it.
I weighed myself 3 days ago and was 180lbs so I'm going by that as my starting point... I've decided that Tuesdays will be my weigh in day because it's my favourite day of the week cos all my favourite TV programs are on! LOL

Hi! I am new here, and am looking for some motivation/accountability to lose the last of my pregnancy weight. I have lost 28 pounds from my pregnancy high, but I still have about 13.5 pounds to go - and my daughter is just over a year old! I have been at a plateau for a few months, and I'd love to start losing again. My goal is to lose about a pound a week, and plan to weigh in on Mondays.

Currently still teetering at about 163. But I need to get a weighing routine down and times down. I struggle with doing it the same everyday and today I did with my clothes on in the evening. Yesterday I was in my pajamas and in the morning and it was 161. I need to be consistent!

boots- keep it consistent for sure. weigh in the morning, naked, after using the toilet. this will give you the most consistent weight possible, with the least amount of variables tossed in (ie food, drink, clothes adding weight...) :)

then....my husband ordered pizza for dinner and I had F O U R slices (they WERE small slices from a smallish medium pizza....but I was still annoyed with myself....
BUT I got my bike fixed today and rode all over my neighborhood, and I mowed my grass today (I have one of those cute old-fashioned motorless mowers and I mow every week and I LOVE doing it!)

Things I have going for me:
My 2-month old is already sleeping well. I don't know about all of you, but if I'm not getting some decent sleep, exercise is out the window, and food choices really struggle. Let's hope she keeps it up; my other two were never this good this early!
Counting my weight watchers points (consistently) has worked for me before, and I can do it effortlessly (have the formula memorized) if I have nutritional info
Special challenges: I have some foot issues which make me very cautious with exercise, I have 3 children 3-and-under (which makes going for walks much more difficult now), and I'm moving across the country in 6 weeks. There WILL be stress and eating out. Just have to keep both of those to a minimum!

162 today. But again, I don't remember to weigh at the same time each day! ARG! I had already eaten breakfast and gotten dressed and then I went and jumped on the scale, so I'm not too bummed out. As long as I'm not back up to 164 I'll be happy, I swear I was there for a month or so straight before I joined this place!
ctrsara, going for walks is a pain in the *** with three toddlers/babies.
You need a wagon, you can get like a radio flyer that has two strap in seats on either side (My ten month old can sit in these) and then you could place the carseat in the middle I think? Or just get a regular deep wagon if your other two can sit up okay on their own and put the baby seat in the middle? (I rent one like this for 5 bucks at my local zoo when I go to it)
I can't imagine moving across country right now! I hope you have a LOT of help! Thats tough. I haven't moved yet with all three of mine. Last move 3.5 years ago I just had three cats and one baby.
I'm planning on moving a state or so away (6-7 hours) next year after I graduate and I'm not looking forward to it!

I have a nice double jogger (not that I've been much of a jogger since college) but there really isn't anywhere to put baby. I could try her in the Baby Bjorn if the weather was nicer, but mostly it's just icky sticky humid and warm in the midwest right now. I need to start getting up earlier on my exercise days (I'm planning M-W-F-S - every day is just not very doable starting out, and I don't want to feel like I'm failing!) because our little one will sleep until almost 8 most days, after nursing at 5 or 6. DH often has to leave by 7:30, but I could still get a 20-30 minute walk in, even if I took the toddlers.
We don't have a ton of help, but there are people in our church that will definitely watch at least the older two when it comes down to all the last minute packing and cleaning. I'm trying not to get too nervous about it. :)
Did well yesterday - ate my WW points (mostly) and I exercised this morning. I got an IUD put in last week, and it's making me hormonal, tired, and snacky. So I'm really having to try to be strong! Thankfully there's not much junk food in the house right now...

Meant to post on Friday that I weighed in at 273.2. WW has a much different number on their scale than my Dr's office, so I'm going to chuck the PPW and just start from here. I think my Dr's office is about 10lbs lower and where I got all of my pregnancy weights, but WW is where I weigh in every week. So...

My appetite seems to have gone back to normal now, just the challenge of buying and preparing proper healthy meals with DH working out of town 4 days a week.
Slowly starting to adjust to this first time mom thing!

I am pretty frustrated by this week's weigh in. I was on plan all week (really, no cheating at all) and I GAINED almost half a pound. Grrrrrr... It's irritating but I'm certainly not going to let this derail me, I will continue to stay on plan and wait until next week's weigh in to see if something needs to be adjusted.

Baby#2 was born 05/12/2010 and instead of losing the weight I kept gaining:-( I am still nursing but my goal is to stop at 6 months (app. 3 weeks). i used to exclusively nurse but since i started working again my milk supply has been decreasiing so i complement with formula...
Last wednesday (05/20/2010), my friend gave me his WW book so i started counting points and i also started working out (15-20 mn a day).
I will start weighing in every week starting monday the 28th.
My goal is 150-160ish, which means i have 90 lbs to lose!!! OMG!! How long will it take me to lose all that weight??? Will i even be able to lose the weight??? I need to learn portion control that is one of my biggest problem. Also, i need to quit snacking at bedtime! I picked up that habit from my boyfriend (i know... excuses, excuses, excuses...).
OK.. enough talk. See y'all monday

Ivo, a pound lost is a pound lost! You're heading in the right direction, downward! Keep on keeping on and remember that one pound per week is 52 pounds in a year, that's a lot!! The next year is going to pass anyway, might as well end it 50 lbs lighter, right? :)

I'm pretty much where I was at my last entry. We've had lots of stressful situations going on here, with my MIL having a stroke to getting mega drama from my relatives getting ticked that we would travel half way across the country to be by her side and we never visited them. Anyways, I've been having plumping problems, I gained 5 lbs even though I stuck with my diet. Started taking flaxseed and that has sloooowly been working.
I've been keeping my calories at 1/2 lb weight loss a week but I think I'll bring it down to a whole pound now that my baby is 3 months old.

My main reason for losing is to be healthy not only for myself but for my daughter, my family is full of people that are obese and I don't want my daughter to see that as normal. I would ideally(sp?) like to be her healthy role model.:)

I was so happy last tuesday cause when i stepped on the scale i was 5 lbs lighter. But then this weekend i ate pizza, pretzels, quiches and you name it! AND I didn't work out! Results: I'm back to 249lbs! I am sooooo ashamed! UUUGGGGHHHHHHHHHH! back to square 1. I am supposed to go home (Ivory Coast) in January and i really wanted to lose 50lbs(I know i know i'm dreaming) but if i don't lose weight, i won't go (snifff sniff). I really need to stick to my diet.....

Ivo, don't let your weight keep you from living your life! Go home whether you've lost weight or not. There have been times when I was sure that my weight would be embarrassing or an issue but I did it anyway. I would much rather look back and see that I lived in spite of my weight instead of living a lifetime of regret because I let it hold me hostage. JMO, of course. :)

My son is only 3 months old and doesn't give me hardly anytime to exercise yet. I do go to a Zumba class twice a week though. I'm on a low calorie diet while I make sure I get more protein, veggies and fiber in.

I know i am not very strict on my diet but i should at least be the same and not gain weight!!!! Idk what 2 do! I know it's frustrating, but there is a place in the middle between just intuitively watching what we eat and crash dieting. Lets be honest, we didn't get to this weight by being great at intuitive eating. I think if you get to this point your intuition is busted. ;) Try journaling every single thing you eat for a week. I mean every little bite, lick, taste and sip that goes into your mouth goes down on paper. I'd be willing to bet you're eating a lot more than you think you are. After you do that, find a plan that you can work with. I like Weight Watchers. Lots of people do calorie counting or south beach. I wouldn't necessarily go low-carb while you're nursing, but those plans can be tweaked to fit your situation, too. You need to find something that works for you but you also will have to put the work into it. It is a lot of work to journal your food. It's a lot of work to measure everything out and plan your meals ahead. It's also a lot of work to be overweight. It's the old saying "Losing weight is hard. Being fat is hard. Pick your hard."
You can absolutely do it! You've just gotta put the effort into it that it takes to be successful. When I'm nursing I have to write everything down and count my points because if I don't I go hog wild. My appetite is amazing when I'm nursing and being aware of that is the only way to temper it. I don't ever go hungry, but counting points I know whether I have enough to have some peanut butter for a snack or some fresh veggies... kwim?
Keep on keeping on, you'll get there as long as you don't quit! :)

I didn't realize it but i do snack a lot, and that result in me eating a lot. one of my friend gave the WW book and i kinda used it for a while. After 2 weeks i thought i knew wverything and i stop counting my points. i guess that was a big mistake!!! I will go back to the book@! I also bougt EA sports active for PS3 (it is one of those workouts games that u can play like a Wii game). It is very challenging and u can do it in the comfort of your home. People might think that it's a game and therefore it's easy! Well it is NOT!! My legs and thighs are still hurting! Bottom line, i'm back and this time i'll succeed! I know it!

Ivo, I have to track every single thing I eat every single day or I start eating just a little bit more here and there which turns into a lotta bit more after a while. I know that I know the plan, but I have to work the plan to lose weight and that includes measuring and tracking my points. It's a pain sometimes, but being fat is much more of a pain. :)

Hey ladies! Can I join you all?! (or I guess I should say rejoin because I was active when this thread was first made) I had lost about 20lbs and then just couldnt seem to lose any more. I had some life events/changes take place (death in the family, TTC, etc) and put my weight loss on hold (mistake) but I ended up gaining 15 of the lbs back :-( Got pregnant right away and just put on more weight with that (30 lobs). So here I am at 1 week PP jumping back on the forum to try and make it to my goal! (I'm nursing)

Hiya, im usually a lurker but have be reading this site for two years. I fell pregnant last year while i was in the process of loosing weight (weight watcher) and everything got put on hold. My beautiful baby girl was born on 13th November and im exclusively breastfeeding, and loosing weight. I counted calories of my normal diet for a few days to make sure i was eating enough to breastfeed and i was, now im just concentrating on healthier choices and portion control and seem to be loosing well like that. If i need to i will calorie count. So thats me!

I weighed-in a couple days after Christmas and I was the same weight. Since then I haven't been able to weigh-in because the batteries on my scale died, so haven't been able to weigh-in. But since everything still fits, I'm figuring I'm okay. :)

I'm done with Weight Watchers and going back to calorie counting. Ever since they rolled out their new plan (6 weeks ago) I have MAINTAINED on the points they give me. So, now, I'm calorie counting and NOT paying WW money to do for me what I can do for myself (much more successfully, I hope.)

I did have my babies at age 38 and 41, so technically, I could have a 21 year old as well =) Life is funny that way isn't it? I never pictured myself with two boys or having them at such a late age. Not such a great week:
Have a bad cold again. Feel like I'm at a plateau. Can't seem to get away from 150. Also 3 month old baby has stopped 'sleeping through the night' with his 5-6 hour stretches. Wakes every 2-3 hrs. So milk supply may be low, or he's going through a growth spurt :?:

I am almost 5 months pp.
pre pregnancy I was about 190. That was my heaviest I've ever been, working on the road was brutal. I am 5ft6, and have always been very busty so my weight was deceiving. I never looked that heavy so I didn't pay much attention to the scale til I got pregnant. I immediately stopped eating fast food and drinking pop when I found out, and morning sickness paid a role in my weight loss. At 4 months pregnant I was down to 171. I went off work, and slowly gained weight normally and in a healthy way.
The day I delivered I was 208.

Since then, my weight has been up/down in the 170's. I am breastfeeding happily, and wouldn't change a thing. I am hoping to get down to 150, which looks great on my frame. I ordered the a 2 week trial of fullbars, which I think will help me from snacking between meals. I love to munch... LOL

Gale02, I've been going through the same thing. I'll lose a couple pounds then plateau for a few weeks. But as you said, This is the closest I've been to my goal weight so I'm choosing to not get so frustrated about it. We'll get there, lets just love our little ones. :)

I'm with you Gale, I keep bouncing around and it seems like I am retaining water something awful. My weight will jump 5 pounds in 3 days, then be back down the next. But I also agree on being happy with what I've lost so far, I hadn't lost all the baby weight when I got pregnant with my second and was up 20 pounds after the birth of my first, so I'm making progress. Baby two and three's weight is history, now to work on baby 1.

Milk supply is good. I'm still able to bf exclusive on 1500 calories. I just have a hard time sticking with 1500. We are leaving for Italy tomorrow night, so I will be happy to maintain the week we are there.

I am 21 weeks pp today. I had an interesting workout, (if you can call it that) at T-Zone Vibrations. You have a glass of water, and stand on this vibrating contraption. It vibrates the **** outta ya, I can tell you all that much. You do various poses, and the plate under your feet vibrates. I loved it, not sure what it will do for my weight loss journey but it was a good 10 mins.
I weighed myself, and I seem to be stuck in the 170's. 175 today... 20 lbs to go. 20 stubborn lbs... :)

Rachel - LOL! I'm not sure my weight is even moving as fast as the guy in your signature. I've been bouncing around the same 5 lbs since the beginning of December. *sigh* Oh well. Like you said, I'm gonna love my little guys. The weight will come off at some point! I don't seem to be one of those women who loses like mad while nursing, I wish I was! :)
Tori - I'm working on baby weight from number one, too. I gained about 10 lbs while I was nursing him, had one month after I weaned him and then got pregnant with #2. So, I'm about 30lbs below my #2 PPW. I'd like to get down to my #1 PPW (197) before #2 is a year old, but I'm just going to keep on keeping on whether that happens or not.
I started the 30 Day Shred, today will be day 4. My muscles have finally stopped hurting this morning, which I think is a good sign! I'm not weighing this month, but doing the Shred in addition to my walking and 2x week volleyball and calorie counting. We'll see how it goes!

Okay, so i am still in Europe, and I have gained. Can tell by my pants. Decided to give it a break and give it my all when I get back to the states next week.
Update: Got back. I now weigh 145. So I gained 1 pound since leaving for the trip. Will begin weighing in again. Gonna give it my all the next 2 months.

Hullo Everyone.
This is my first time on the site, and I DESPERATELY need to lose the weight. I can't take being this heavy anymore.
So, my starting weight is 255 lbs. My goal is 165 lbs (less would be even better). But, just to make it back to my wedding weight, that's the goal. Any tips?

I have been doing a 1500-1600 calorie diet per day, since establishing a good milk supply. I average between 1-2 pounds weight loss per week while exclusively breastfeeding. I'm not really exercising yet. My baby turned 5 months old last week. I calorie count. I seem to lose more if I have cereal for breakfast with a fat free milk. That's just me. hi all,
im in nz and currently weigh 56kg wanting to get to 51kg. I lost 40kg by doing the old points system through ww from jan 2008 to dec 2008. I have been able to maintain through my 2nd pregnancy and wee Jacob was born 9th Dec 2010, so he is now 5months old.
What do most of you do on here? ww (propoints?) or count calories. If you do count calories how the heck do you manage that, do you have a way of calculating how many calories in food?

Hi everyone
Can anyone tell me about calorie counting? What's the best way to do it, are there any app's that are better than others?
I have about 22 lbs of baby weight to lose still, and a total of 40 lbs to lose to my goal weight. I just need to get motivated and DO IT!
I've done the 30 day shred a few days, and I can get out with my girls and go walking too. It's finally spring here! The last patch of snow in our back yard is gone as of today, woohooo! lol!
Maybe I'll start posting my weekly weight here too- that might provide me with the motivation/accountability I need. Is there a specific day people weigh in, or is it just whatever day each person chooses for themselves?

Ambie - Congrats on your the birth of your little one and Welcome! The more the merrier here.
Clevername - On the calorie counting thread, some people have mentioned a couple different applications, including 'Lose It' and some other one (forgot the name). I just write it down in a little journal I bought at Borders book store. I started one of the online apps, but I do best if I keep my calorie counting journal right by the refrigerator =0) Welcome to our thread. I'm hoping the new warmer weather will help me get moving as well.
Super - I look at labels on all of the food I buy to see the number of calories per serving. They may be labeled kCal where you are?... but it is the same thing as calories. If I don't have a food label, then I look up the food item online by googling the food name + calories or nutrtition information. I shoot for 1500-1600 calories or Kcal per day. I tend to eat a lot of the same foods, so it gets easier tracking the calories each day as time goes on. I weigh in on Fridays because I like to have a cheat day on the weekend and then 'hit it hard' with dieting by Sunday night =0)

Hi all,
I have a 5 month old baby boy and have been exclusively breastfeeding him until tonight when he started on pureed carrots and rice. I know he only had 3 mouthfuls (which he loved) and I wont drop a breastfeed but I was wondering how this affects my points?
Here in NZ I am on propoints and I get 14 points for breastfeeding. Will this change at all even though I havent dropped a feed but he has started solids? I am confused

Sar, it won't affect your points until you start dropping feedings. Your body doesn't know that he's eating carrots until you start producing less milk. Keep on keeping on! I didn't drop my points until I dropped 2 feedings per day.

My weight went up a couple lbs cause I have mastitis in one breast and have been doing nothing but snuggling and nursing my Eli as much as possible since Tuesday. Which is fine but not happy about the pain. Thank goodness the fever finally broke this morning.

Rachel - Sorry about the mastitis. Hope you recover quickly! I have never had any problems with breastfeeding my first or second baby, as of yet. I took a 3 day trip when my baby was 2 months old and had to pump every 3 hours around the clock. On day three, I started getting clogged ducts and engorged with slow letdown while pumping. It was painful and I was so glad to return home to bf the little one.
I guess I am a little worried because I'm suppose to attend one of my best friend's wedding in the Carribean for 4-5 days at the end of August. My Luke will be 9 months old. I'm worried b/c this is a longer time away from him than before and I worry about problems occurring. It seems like it can happen so easily.
Anyway, I hope you are feeling better soon.

Counting calories, aiming for between 1850-2000/day, drinking a gallon of water daily, and trying to get up and MOVE at least once a day, be it walking, going to the gym, doing a video, etc. Will change this as I progress

Hello everyone! So I took a long dieting vacation this last month of May. Stopped counting calories, but now I am going to make an effort to 'eat light' and try to listen to hunger cues. I have lost 52 pounds since November 15 last year, but reached a plateau at 142.
So my new goals are tough, but I'm trying to lose weight for my friend's Caribbean wedding on August 27 (I wish it was a winter wedding in a cold climate so I could hide it all!) I will be planning a 'destination' shower for her the middle of next month. Her other friends are a very skinny and fit bunch, so even after losing the amount I'm aiming for, I will still be the heaviest one there. I will try not to compare, because I will also be the oldest one there and the only one with 2 little ones (my boys are 2 and 6months old.) It's tough to lose major weight while breastfeeding. So I am going to do my best and see how it goes. I am still exclusively breastfeeding my baby and he just started solids about 2 weeks ago at 6 months.
So I will post here weekly on Fridays.
New Start date = June 3.
Goal 1: Lose 10 pounds by July 4.
Goal 2: Lose 12 total pounds by July 15.
Goal 3: Lose 24 total pounds by Aug 26.
June 3: 142 pounds

Update:
We had some major changes, including a big move to another state. I have been under a lot of stress, which is not good for weight loss.
I gained 2 pounds over the past month!!!
My baby is now 7, almost 8 months old and I am still exclusively breastfeeding. I have decided to join Jenny Craig again tomorrow to see if that will help get my weight moving again!
BTW, I am really tired of JC food from the first time I did the program 2 years ago! But I am desperate and at a plateau for months now.
I wish other people would post here, b/c I like the BF board, but I may have to move to the JC board for more support. Good luck everyone =0)

I "fell off the wagon" and "restarted" yesterday. I was over 200 lbs but not sure of the exact weight at nearly 42 weeks pregnant. My weight before getting knocked up was I'm guessing 155lbs but not entirely sure.
I'm nursing my 5 month old and getting back into running (1.5 miles yesterday, 2 miles today..) and doing some Yoga (via DVDs.)
I would go back to WW (I lost around 50lbs with WW in the past) but A. I can't afford it and B. it's 6 miles there-and-back from my house and we have a car-free lifestyle. Baby's too young to go in a bike trailer atm.

Getting close to my "Pregnancy alert" weigh - the last 3 times I got pregnant I was 207-213.

First two weeks my weight went down to 186 PPW so that was good.
Now it is at 183. I haven't been able to workout too much just BF really taking walks when I can. Just moved too, so been busy, but I hope the move helped me lose another pound or two.

I'm going to count calories to lose weight and exercise to get back into shape. Yesterday was my first day of sucking it up and counting calories. I'm aiming for 1800/day. I've also been walking, and I went to my first spinning class last Thursday. It felt great to get moving, but I do feel sore in my incision area... I'm not sure if it was too much or not. It didn't hurt during the class. I'll try again on Tuesday and see how it goes.
