Hello,
I am starting the HMR diet today through a local hospital in my community. I was wondering if anyone else on here is also using this diet? Maybe we can get a thread going with support/etc. Thanks for your quick response!

I also just started HMR today. Just found this board, still looking around but wanted you to know there is another newbie starting today. One meal and 1/2 a shake down and ready to go.

I also started today -- i have downed 3 shakes and 1 entree so far. have 2 more shakes and 1 entree left. What do you think of it???
