Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - Can somebody help me with nutrition please :)

Well I am recovering from anorexia and this is what I made up as a recovery meal plan... My typical day should look something like this...

Breakfast:
A cup of green tea.
50g of oats with 125ml soya milk.
A sprinkle of cinnamon.

Snack:
75g of dried apricots.

Lunch:
A tuna aduki bean salad with spinach.
Made with half a can of tuna and 50g of aduki beans, made with a lemon dressing.

Snack:
25g of almonds.

Dinner:
A chicken stir fry with soya sauce.
A glass of warm water with lemon.

This is about 1000 calories but before I was eating 450. I am only 17 so I am a little confused about nutrition, I want to be healthy not skinny so I was wondering if any of you food experts could help me out about what I should add in or take away :)

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dipsytrix, we might know a lot about food, but we're not professionals that know how to deal with anorexia. :hug: I think it's important that you get advice about what to eat from a licensed nutritionist that can deal with the whole picture. You can get a lot of bad advice on the internet ('everybody' is an expert, ya know? ;) ) and you've done so well making it to recovery, I don't want to see that messed up for you. So my best advice is to stick with real professionals. I'm sorry, but it's the best thing for you. :hug:
