Thanks Everyone. It is so nice to see all the hard work I've done to be paying off and meeting a goal is one of the best achievments that could happen. Now I will make a second goal of another 20 pounds and the way I look at it I have already started it.
I couldnt do it with out all of you wonderful people that are on these boardes you guys keep me going. You all are a inspiration to me. Thanks Everyone:hug:
I have done my exercise for the day all ready now comes the task I have to make a cake for my daughter Bday tomorrow. I wont Be eating any frosting I promise. I refuse to give any pds lost back. Infact I bout a weight watchers desert to have at the party so I wont be tempted to have a slice of cake. Jest the mix with everything is 200 calories Not for me. I keep the WW desert.

That's right Bonnie. You don't need cake. You don't want to do anything to risk this wonderful feeling. Celebrating your daughters birthday is NOT dependent on cake. You've got some more goals you need to meet!!!

You are so committed. And planning ahead with the WW dessert is a key factor in not being tempted. I don't have to face that kind of temptation since my kids are grown and gone. So, if you can do it, I can do it. Contratulations!
