As I just post in a new threat today I’ve been looking for a zero calorie hot drink to help me warm up this winter.
I was looking for something with a chocolate taste. I found a hot chocolate with 25 cal/serving, which isn’t too bad... But I wanna ZERO.
So I found a Vanilla Caramel tea (very good) for zero calorie. Very tasty. Perfect for the cold day/nights. The brand is Bigelow.
That will help me with my cravings of hot chocolate!

Like the campbells soup idea as well ...

Well I am in Florida and NO COLD weather here for a while still running the AC and drinking iceey drinks.. but will remember for the cooler days in Jan. to get some carmel flavor tea.. OH that sounds nice....

I just found some new Progresso High Fiber Soups. I got Creamy Tomato Basil and Chicken Tuscany. Both are 130 cals per serving or 260 for the whole can. And they are standard Progresso sized cans of 19oz each. Should make for a nice sized low cal meal, and perfect in the cool weather that's arriving!

I have this too, but my favorite is the Jello Dulce de Leche. It's vanilla pudding with a carmel topping. Only 60 calories. I love it!!!

I found some Spongebob 80 calorie mini milk chocolate bites...really good when I am craving something sweet. I also like the Special K pretzel bars, think those are 90 cals.

One thing you can do to add excitement to a low calorie diet is to experiment with new-to-you fruits and vegetables. I recently bought carambolas (star fruit) now in season which have a lovely light citrus flavor and look so appealing when sliced. I love the juicy fresh asian pears which are also in season now. Lotus root (frozen or fresh), celery root, and jicama are unusual low-calorie you might keep an eye out for.

I just discovered birds eye steamed meals for two it's called! Its in your frozen food section and only like 300-350 cals per half the bag! and the bag is HUGE! i get like 4-5 meals/servings out of them and there is only supposed to be 2 servings in the bag! lol i loved the chicken and shrimp sante fe rice the most!

I also discovered 100 calorie sandwich thins by Orowheat they are like little super thin but super tasty buns that you make sandwich with or they are great as hamburger buns as well!

Lol to the mousse

another low cal food that i love is Maria's buscuits or galletas I discovered them at Save-a-lot for only 49 cents per package. They taste like animal crackers, and are only 120 cal, 2 g fat for 8 cookies. They are an excellent addition to a bowl of peaches
