Its an aerobic breathing exercise program...if you do a search on here, there are some older threads about it

i've heard of it. i even bought it 4 years ago but never could comitt to it. has it worked for you? reading the success stories are motivating, but i'm not sure about how realistic they are. if you've had success using it - i'd love to hear about it.
