Thank you so much for posting these pictures of your progress. It keeps me encouraged that at some point I will start to see some physical changes. This helps more than you know because I'm on the verge of getting discouraged as I've lost a little bit of weight but am still waiting for it to become apparent in the mirror and not just the scale.

It's pictures like these that keep me motivated to keep working toward my goal.

Well, that was when I lost 45 lbs now I have lost 70 lbs and i started in the beginning of August so it has been about 5 months. I have been working out and trying to eat right mostly. I did zumba along with other exercise for a couple of months and I also have done bikram yoga.
