Default New Here, well kinda ...
Hi All!

I haven't been around for a while which = weight being put on

I think the last time I was on this site was around the time I was moving to my new place and since then my weight loss has kinda gone down the drain - and I was doing so well!!!!!!!

I have put on a few pounds and I feel absolutely awful about it! However, that is no excuse for losing sight of what I should have been doing all along, looking after my health, and I am not going to let it get me down.

As of now I am back on track and ready to lose again!

Welcome back Lauren.

It's very common for big life changes to interfere with our focus. And moving is a big life change.

Are you settled in now? Just get back at it. You know what to do and you know we're here to support you.

Thank you Susan, yes I am all settled in now and glad to have 3FC back in my life to keep me focused!
