A little discouraged because I was half a pound lower earlier this week, but it's my last week of winter break so I've been eating out more with friends, not depriving myself of that froyo I've been craving! Tuesday I start school so I'm excited to get back into the groove!

Valentine's came a little early this year! I just got back from a surprise 4-day trip out of town with my boyfriend, and I'm all smiles. We walked around 5 miles each day at a slow pace for sightseeing, and my diet in the past 4 days has been slightly unhealthy food and beverages in moderation.
I totally deserved the pound I put on this week. Now I'm excited to see how fit I can get before the real Valentine's Day.

Hi ladies,
I was following this challenge before but then i became careless and stopped visiting this site or going to the gym. So this is me here again coming back trying to get back on track. My initial goal was to be in 140s by valentines day. ALthough that would be a dream come true -- but since i haven't been on track for a while now -- i am requesting to reset my goals.
So I started off at 178
I am currently at 162.4
and I hope to be 155lbs or less by Valentine's day
I really need to meet this goal because I have a special trip planned to go visit some friends and BEACH VISIT is on the agenda too. Lolz.

I want to be 225 lbs by Valentine's Day. I am now at 235.5 so 10.5 lbs to go! Boy this weight is coming off slow after the birth of my son. While I was pregnant I was thinking that taking off the weight after delivery will be a piece of cake...I don't know what I was thinking! Like, hello it's not like Iwas never on a diet before...Anyhooo....keep going everyone. Good job!

I made my Valentine's Day Goal! WOOOOHOOOOO!!!! :) I'm not going to let this be an excuse to just kinda hang around this weight for the next 3 weeks though, but it feels great to meet this goal!

Yay! It feels good to be getting back on track. I've been sick this week and did just 4 sessions of much gentler cardio than I'm used to. If I make it out of the 150s by V-Day, I'll do a happy dance. :carrot:

I only have 1 lb to go before I reach my goal that I set for myself when I joined this thread end of October. Back then, I had no idea I could do this. I did the calculations of approx losing 2 lbs per week and technically I could be 150 by Valentine's Day.
I thought it was a reach back then but it's AMAZING that Valentine's Day is only a few weeks away. Looking back now, I don't understand why I waited THIS long. I CAN do this and SO can you! Days add up, meals add up, exercising adds up.... it's a cummulative journey so don't throw in the towel!

I was solidly on plan this week, so it's strange to see no change at all. The only thing I can attribute it to is this week's kickboxing sessions. They definitely challenged my lower body and added nice tone to my legs.

I'd like to join in please. This will be my first Challenge on 3FC and I'm really excited. I've only just seen the post so will start from my weigh in last Friday and go to the Friday before Valentines, so 17 weeks for me. I'm going to go for roughly 1.5lbs a week so 26lbs in total which will get me down to 223.5lbs (under 225!) and into the 15 stones for the first time in a LONG time, I think even before I had my DD who is almost 7.

I can't believe I actually got 13.5lbs PAST my goal for Valentine's Day. I am SO happy it's unbelievable. I'm learning that I really can do anything I put my mind to!
This has been such a great challenge for me. I never imagined when I first joined that I would be able to lose 39.5lbs in 4 months!!!

Okay, well I admit I am not the happiest with myself as I had really hoped to be in onederland right now....but that was my choice to take a month off and eat everything in sight that looked good!
I lost 35 pounds even with my relapse in 4 months, so I guess that is good. Just not used to having relapses so lesson learned! Way to go to all the ladies who stuck with it! :carrot:

Since Christmas I havnt been nearly as strict with my calories and work outs BUT I did lose 36 pounds throughout this challenge and thats amazing! I had a goal of 215 pounds and came up short but Ive made great progress and am motivated to get back on track and start losing a bit quicker again!

Well I almost made my goal, but I'm happy with it. I was sick the entire month of Jan. and had some set backs due to water weight and meds. but it's ok. I finally have less than 100 lbs. to lose, I'm SOOOOOOO proud of myself!!!!!!
