Good morning!
Sorry about not posting yesterdaybut it was thanksgiving here in canada and I was quite busy :o)
So I did cheat yesterday and sunday but its okay I still lost 4 pounds last week.
Go ahead post your meal plans:
breakfast: English muffin with low fat cream cheese
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: Lime pork with patatoes and veggies.
