Mini-Goal Photo Album - What a difference 12 lbs makes

I was getting very frustrated with my weight loss. I started a challenge on another forum here starting out at 222 on August 1st. Today I weighed 210. I have been doing 30 day shred for 20 days now and have only lost 3 lbs on that. Thought about giving it up but when I put these pictures side by side, I was amazed. That is only a 12 lb difference. Now I need to take a pic in the same outfit as my original before pic to see the 26 lbs difference.

Wow girl HUGE difference!

I found sometimes when I wasn't losing pounds I was still losing inches :D

What a difference. I should start doing the shred, it actually works from what people have said about it. I tried it once and was sore for days, lol.

I see you lost 100lbs, how long did it take you? I have to lose at least that and most times I'm impatient with slow weight loss.

I started officially in June '08 @ 215. I hit about 135 in April '09.

That's amazing...I wouldn't think that 12 pounds would show such a difference, but it totally does! I've lost 12 lbs so far-so this is great to see!

You have just motivated me to pull out my 30DS, lol. That is amazing loss for only 12 pounds! You have def lost a lot of inches even if the scale is being a PITA. W2G!

Here is an update, I have only lost an additional 6 lbs but have updated pics from the end of a challenge. Lost 18lbs during the 3 month challenge.
First one is at 210.......Second one at 204.
