Hello all. I am new to this diet and group. I started the diet one week ago, lost 6.7 pounds. Found the first week pretty tough, but doing better now. I am having a hard time coming up with new recipes for veggies with dinner and lunch. Any ideas? Glad to see there are some great people on here and hope to hear from you seen. Welcome and good luck!! I'm on week 2 and I've lost 5.1lbs (though I'm nursing my baby still so I have to intake extra calories for that) Hope you meet all your goals! They have a recepie section on here that might give you some ideas (I know it has me!) Good luck!
