as an example, 1 fiber one bar is 2 pts. and 2 bars are 5 pts., do i only have to count 5 if i eat them back to back or let's say i have 1 at 9 AM and the other at 5 PM, will i still need to count it as 5 pts.?

thanks!

I think some people would say count them as 5 if you eat both in the same day. But I would only count it as 5 if i eat them back to back, so far doing it like that hasn't caused me any problems.

I agree. I would count 5 points if I ate them both at the same time. But if one is in the morning and one in the afternoon I would count each as 2.

The total calories are in the same day so I double them and use 5 points.

I do weight watchers online and it tracks all my points for me. It splits my day in 4 sections (morning, midday, evening, and anytime). If I two things that double to more ponts are in the same section it adds them together, if they are in a different section then it keeps them seperate. I would take that to mean that if you don't eat them at the same time then I could count them as their individual points each. I do it all the time with mandarin oranges because they are 0.5 points for one or 2 points for 2.
