Cool How did you decide to go up a level on the Shred?

I am on Day 5 of the 30DS.

How did you guys and girls decide to move up level? Did you just do all 10 days, regardless of how you felt? Wait till you could do all the exercises with Natalie? Wait till it stopped hurting the next day?

I felt today that I didn't get a really good workout, and I am concerned that the next few days will be even less effective as I get fitter. I can do all the exercises except full pushups (I can only do 10 before switching to girly ones). Should I move on?

I did 10 days at each level. Prior to moving up, I made sure I could do the current level full-out without feeling like I'm dying. LOL! One disclaimer: I do not do regular push ups. I did the girlie ones throughout each level.

I did the 1st level for 4 days and thought that I should move up a level. Big mistake. My conditioning wasn't "good enough", and the 2nd level is much harder on your knees, so for the past 2 days I have had to rest my knees, or potentially have a bigger problem later on.

Move up when you are successfully doing the advanced modifications and the workout starts to become "comfortable". Of course, comfortable is relative here. For me that meant I didn't feel like I was going to die.

It took me 12 days on level 1, 7 on level 2. I was using 5 pound weights for level 1, but could only use 3 pounds for levels 2 and 3.

Since completing it and using her other dvd's, No More Trouble Zones and Burn Fat Boost metabolism, I can use 5 pound weights on level 2.
