Hello everyone,
I'm not exactly new here but I am back. This will be my 3rd attempt at changing my lifestyle. I have been successful in the past at losing weight but have also been "successful" and gaining it back. I am now at an all time high of 207 and my goal is to keep this a change in lifestyle rather than another yoyo diet. A year ago I had surgery on my left knee and 3 days ago I had surgery on my right. I know that most of my knee problems are related to my weight and they will feel much better when I lose the weight. I am a dance instructor and am finding it difficult to keep up with my students as of lately. I have to get into shape. As soon as my knee heals, I will be trying out for the Maine Roller Derby. That will be great exercise I'm sure.
