I'm still on induction as I know from past experiences that if I rush my personal journey hrough the stages it causes me problems. My plan is to stay on Induction for a least another 4 weeks, then I'll have another think and then start to increase my carbs by 5 each week until I reach my OWL, this has been around 40-45, but that was the past and there's no guarantee that it will be the same this time. I'm older, gone through the change, have arthritis so unable to exercise as hard as I did in the past. I've already discovered that I can no longer tolerate cheese or mushrooms, but coffee has no effect. Whereas in the past I could eat cheese and mushrooms with no ill effect. Coffee has never caused me any problems.
My result on the scale this morning. -5lb!
