Atkins - Atkins cold remedies? :(

Can't have my usual buttered toast with honey tea :'(

Any ideas? Salad's not much of a comfort food :/

Celestial seasonings makes a honey chamomile tea that has the taste of honey but with no sugar, no sweeteners.

Hard to replace toast, however...

You can have lots of chicken soup just no noodles (and be careful of packaged ones, some contain sugars).

Chicken soup, for sure. You can also make "noodles" for it with egg whites cooked in a non-stick pan and then cut into strips. Throw in some spinach for colour and some veggies.

Toasted revolution rolls with butter would be the closest buttered toast substitute.
