Hi all,

I just started doing hot yoga (today was my 2nd day) it's not Bikrams, but similar - yoga poses done in a hot room essentially. It's a 45 minute lunch hour class. The weird thing is I find that I don't sweat that much...people around me are dripping sweat onto the floor and I'm barely damp. It takes me almost half the class to start sweating at all, and then I do sweat, but not dripping like some.

Is this normal?

People are different in how much they sweat. I don't sweat much either. I'm curious how I would do in hot yoga!

I also have found from experience that I never exercised much or sweat much, it took a couple months of martial arts and kettle bells before my body started to react like everyone else's. I still don't sweat as much as some but definatley more than I did, so some of it may just be being accustomed to it....
