Body Image and Issues after Weight Loss - Anyone had breast implants?

I'm toying with the idea but am so put off by the risks - nipple loss sensation, capsular contracture, leakage etc... My PS said that a lift would be no good for me but a small impant 255CC's woukld do the trick. I've heard that the risks are lower with the smaller implants and just wandered about anyone's else's experiences...?

P.S: I'm having my TT done in a month so need to make my mind up...

I have a long way to go before I have any procedures done. :) I was discussing this with dh the other day. After I reach goal, I want a tummy tuck, and boob lift, not sure how the twins will be. LOL

I have decided not to get the implants for now - am going to look at other non-surgical options! Def getting the TT though - in a month! It's a good dea to wait and see how you feel when you reach goal, I think. Depending on how you feel about the size and shape, there may be other alternatives to surgery...
