Question Can EAS chocolate protein shakes be

heated so it would be like hot chocolate or would that ruin it? I'm not talking nuking the heck out of it just heating it a little above warm. With fall coming I'm freezing drinking cold water and cold protien shakes I need something warm and the sugarfree hot chocolate is 60 cals, so it rather use the cals to have something with protein.

you can heat it to 130 degrees...hot enough to stick you finger in the water and not want to pull it out. about 1.5 on my microwave. Test it out...I loved it with instant decaf coffee making a nice mocha! Even the unjury chicken broth on says 130 degree or the protein will curdle.

Awwwww I just had a flashback to the time I learned the *hard way* that trying to combine hot coffee and whey protein does NOT WORK - curdlemania!!! LOL One big mouthful and I learned my lesson.
